1. Who are we?
KRIKET bv, having its registered office in Brogniezstraat 172BI07, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium, RPR Brussels, with company number 0692.761.033 (hereinafter "KRIKET") is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement (hereinafter "Privacy Statement").2. KRIKET processes the following categories of your personal data as a natural person which it obtains directly from you via its website (www.kriket.be) and (website) application:
- Personal contact information, including all information KRIKET needs to contact you personally (such as address, name, postal, billing and email address, and telephone number);

- Information about your orders and purchases at KRIKET;
- Processing of payments and your payment history; and
- Data relating to the management of your user account.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to the processing of anonymous or company data.
3. Why do we process your data?

- In order to be able to deliver the items ordered by you, including acceptance and handling of the order, invoicing, monitoring solvency, follow-up of orders;

7. How long do we keep your data?

8. What rights do you have?

You may send a request to info@kriket.be for access, correction, deletion, data transfer or limitation of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data.
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your identity card with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ ("machine readable zone", the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national register number black. This is to protect your privacy.
KRIKET is committed to responding as quickly as possible, but within 30 days, to your request.
